Why do we provide Coordination Service?

When Ben and I got married, we did everything on our own, planning, decorating and running of the evening. It was a lot of work, and very overwhelming. I was so busy coordinating my wedding that I didn't get to enjoy my evening, I didn't even get to eat any of my food. Five years ago Ben told one of our amazing brides that I would love to run her wedding. It was amazing!!! So I jumped in the deep end, I got both my wedding and event certifications, began researching coordination, and now I have the most amazing job where I get to help people!

My #1 goal as a coordinator is to take care of my couple. I want to make sure they get breaks and enjoy their evening.

My #2 goal is to make sure everything runs smoothly so your guests enjoy the evening without feeling pressured to help run everything

My #3 goal is to help create the organization that a lot of couples want for their rehearsal and wedding day. That includes helping create a clear Timeline, working with Vendors either the week or month before the wedding to make sure everything is ready, and getting to know the people who have helped make this day possible.

What do my services include?

1st step: Getting to know you consultation, I want to know about your vision, your important people, your venue, vendors, I want the details. I also want to give you pricing, and guess what MY PRICING IS ALL INCLUSIVE!

 

2nd step: Lets go over the details in a 1 hour consultation. I want to know everything and customize a detailed planner that includes all of your information. What does that mean? I need to know colors, people, vendors, times, lets go over the specifics. I also want to know how the planning is going, if you need suggestions, and you are still looking for last minute help with planning? I'm here to help.

3rd step: I'll take all of the information you provided and create a 1st draft for your timeline, then we will make any updates and get it ready to go out to your bridal party, and family. I also will create an personalized introduction letter from me for you to share with your bridal party and family.

4th step: The week of the wedding we will have one final meeting to review everything, Changes happen, it is completely normal, so I want to get any updates. I'm also available all week for text and calls to review your plans and just talk. Yes, I really do want to hear about your concerns and stresses that week.

5th step: The rehearsal! If you purchased my Month of Coordination package I will be there to organize and run your rehearsal with my assistant. This usually take around 30-60 minutes. I will also include up to 2 hours of decoration that day, but it must be right before or after your rehearsal.

6th step: The Wedding Day!!!! I will be there approximately 2 hours early to help with set up, coordinate with vendors and the venue. You will get up to 10 hours of services the day of the wedding including decoration, running your ceremony, coordinating with vendors, basic food set-up, following the timeline, and light clean up at the end of the evening. ​
