Terms and Conditions of overtime:  Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check, Venmo, and PayPal and payments through the emailed invoice. A $20.00 fee is applied to all returned checks. All overtime payments are due prior to the extension of any hours at the event. The purchaser consents that all disputes pertaining to payments or services provided will be settled through arbitration via mediation and will abide by the final decision made by the mediator without further legal actions. Any payments made to the contractor are considered final.  Refunds are not granted for hours the purchaser did not utilize on the date of the event as listed on the contract. Refunds are never granted for disputes concerning quality of services or overtime hours.
